Conditions of sale

1. Please choose wisely as Amulette does not offer refunds for a change of mind.

2. Our exchange period is offered for a period of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

3. Amulette will only refund or exchange an item if there are major problems such as:
    a. The item is unsafe
    b. The item differs significantly from the description provided
    c. The item cannot be easily fixed or repaired.

4. If the item has a minor problem we offer a repair service with a reasonable amount of time. If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time-frame we will offer a refund or replacement to the purchase value.

5. Purchased items are guaranteed for their intended use and are subject to Reasonable Use only.

6. Please keep you receipt as Proof of Purchase.

7. All uncollected goods are subject to the Uncollected Goods Acts 1995.


We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We accept PayPal for online store purchases. If another payment method is preferred please contact Amulette by telephone or by email.

Amulette offers to send purchased goods via Registered Post and other major, secure forms of shipping. Online transaction shipping costs are applied at the checkout. For alternative shipping and postage requests including Express Postage please contact Amulette by phone or by email.

Amulette offers a Layby payment method on in store items (excluding sale items). An initial 15% or more deposit is required to begin a Layby purchase. Layby periods are negotiated at the time the deposit is taken and are calculated in relation the total item value. Fortnightly payments are required. A Layby contract is broken if:

    a. A scheduled payment is missed
    b. The Layby period is exceeded

Amulette may charge a termination fee if a Layby is cancelled before the contact term. The forfeiture of the 15% deposit will be taken as this termination fee. A refund or exchange is only applicable within 7 days of beginning a Layby.
